  I have been going here for a couple of years and have to say I’m highly disappointed with the service I recently received. I arrived 15min early for an appointment at 5:30. After waiting for 20 minuets I went and asked at the front desk and she said she would check to see and the it should be shortly. Keep in mind I was going for a wax which appointments are scheduled every 15 minuets. I waited for another 10 minuets and still no one came. I went and told them I was canceling my appointment and couldn’t wait any longer. I understand that sometimes things happen and you are running behind schedule but they should have let me know upon arrival. Or informed be a thing some point. I waited for 30 minuets and still had not been called. These appointments only take a couple of minutes so waiting for that long of a time we was ridiculous.

  I went to Bell Tower for the first time for a massage and had an amazing first experience! My massage therapist, Anna, could not have been more accomdating and answered all my questions. My massage was exactly what I needed and Anna took The time to take care of my trouble areas. The place is very chic, clean and organized. They were right on time for my appointment and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel pampered for the day. Will not hesitate to go back!
