  So we get a call today saying that Chris from Ehrlich was at our house and did service. We never even scheduled a service.. we called maybe two months ago and asked for pricing. They made my wife give her card over phone in order to even get a price . Two months later this person shows up when no one is home, leaves a voicemail saying he did work in which we didn't even have scheduled or ask for. Unbelievable. Edit: still leaving at 3 stars instead of 1 due to all this happening. However I was able to get this all resolved with Cerissa at customer service who saw the misunderstanding on their part . We were sure not to be charged for it and our info has been removed. She was great and very helpful. Is give her 5 stars for her service and quick resolution.
