  When my washer and dryer were delivered the two men stated they couldn’t connect them because of the hook up and placement and a fire hazard. I had a contractor and home inspector that said that would only apply to a gas dryer not an electric dryer and that they absolutely could've installed them. Sears delivery said I could call back sears customer service number and they could come back the following day. When I called, they were unable to come for a week I found this out after being on hold for over 2 hours. I also asked to speak with a manager and was told none were available and that no one could return a call. This was huge problem because I was moving into the home and the washer/dryer were left in the middle of the dining room blocking the upstairs. I was on hold for almost 2 hours trying to get a time reschedule for Sears to come back out and install. In the meanwhile I had to pay $75 to have someone move them to the laundry room. SEars assured me someone would come 12/6 after 4PM. On 12/5 I was told my deliver window was 11-1pm causing me to take another day off of work. I actuaully did this and SEARS NEVER SHOWED UP. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER APPLIANCE FROM SEARS AGAIN!
