  If i could give this place minus 5 stars i would.... my salesman patrick. Talks a great talk.. but somehow my bill jumped a 100 dollars. Was not told about activation fees. Nor about my bill jumping that much. He quoted me 5 dollar increase.. yea right... jill lovinger is the biggest joke of a manger. She claimed she reviewed video of my time there.. and everything i said was a lie... since when does att hand out folders??? For paperwork done electronically.... all this was said after the 10 minutes it took me to explain to her what was going on.. customer service sucks. And so does she... i shouldve stayed with tmobile. Reception sucked but had a way better expierence
